Eduard De Guardiola – Formed Real Estate Company

Eduard de Guardiola founded Vista Residential Partners, a real estate investment company, in 2000 with the goal of developing a highly efficient and profitable organization for the ownership, management, and growth of multifamily assets across the Southeast. Prior to 2000, he was the President and a Director of the Focus Group Companies, a corporation with a similar mission. In 1998, Mr. de Guardiola negotiated, coordinated, and engineered a large property sale for $187 million to two major REITs.
